If you are having difficulty logging into the Edinburgh International Book Festival online portal please follow the steps below

• Please remember your username is not your email address.
• Usually your username consists of FirstnameSurname (there is no space between names).
• If you haven't received an email containing your username and/or password please check your junk/trash folder.
• If you are still having trouble try an alternative browser e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge (for the best experience use Chrome).
